Mocowrys operates a Kenya-first multi-vendor marketplace for physical products, digital products, event-related products and paid information services. Product pages identify the vendor or organiser, the stated price and the specific customer deliverable. Mocowrys manages the storefront, records orders, coordinates customer communication and collects payments where enabled.
For completed marketplace transactions, Mocowrys applies the marketplace fee agreed with the vendor and remits the remaining sale proceeds according to the vendor arrangement.
Customers must provide accurate order and contact information. Availability may change before fulfilment is confirmed. We may cancel and refund an order that cannot be supplied, appears fraudulent or contains an obvious pricing or listing error.
Physical-product delivery, digital access, event attendance and sponsorship fulfilment are governed by the relevant product description and marketplace policy. Digital materials and private access remain protected by their respective intellectual-property rights and may not be redistributed unless expressly permitted.
