How event orders work
Each event listing identifies the organiser, scheduled date, attendance format, stated price and included admission or access. Customers select the relevant ticket or pass and order through Mocowrys.
Admission confirmation, a private access link or attendance instructions are sent to the email used at checkout after payment verification. Customers must provide accurate contact details and follow the organiser's attendance or private-access instructions.
Changes and cancellations
If an organiser changes or cancels an event, Mocowrys records the affected orders and communicates the confirmed transfer, replacement-date or refund process. Private access must not be reproduced, resold or shared unless the listing expressly permits it.
