How digital products and access are delivered
Digital products, reports and learning resources are delivered electronically to the email address used at checkout after payment verification. Delivery may include a file, private link, live-session instructions or a PDF containing access details, as described on the product page.
Customers are responsible for entering a working email address and checking spam or promotions folders. Unless a listing states otherwise, access is for the purchaser's personal or internal business use and may not be resold, redistributed or shared publicly.
